    Client: Growing alcoholic beverage distributor facing order fulfillment chaos—manual tasks, rework, and system silos (CRM, basic inventory, accounting).
    My Fix: Process redesign to seamlessly connect customer, inventory, accounting, and shipping systems. This integration created a smooth order flow, automating 14 out of 17 steps.

    My Fix: Analyzed inefficiencies, optimized a 3-phase process map, and built a Monday.com framework and implemented automation. Clarified roles/responsibilities, improving supplier selection.
