He specializes in identifying structural inefficiencies within organizations and implementing systems that improve execution, accountability, and operational performance.
Throughout his career, he has led a broad portfolio of operational, digital, and business transformation projects, organisational design and restructuring projects, and efficiency improvement programmes.
Stavros has a background in Business Studies and is a Certified Professional in the methodologies of Lean Management and Business Process Improvement. Over the years, he has also earned credentials following rigorous studies in the fields of Management, Organisational Design, Data Analysis and Strategic Technology Management.
