About Stavros Angelidis
With over two decades of experience across industries and regions, Stavros Angelidis has guided organizations through structural redesign, operational improvement, and international projects across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. His career combines executive and advisory roles; including serving as Chief Operating Officer for a Swiss-based FinTech firm, Partner at a Dubai consultancy engaged in projects linked to Saudi Arabia’s NEOM development, and Advisor to a U.S. investment firm designing its organizational framework for strategic growth.
His background also includes experience in public administration and international policy. From 2021 to 2024, he served as one of three Professional Experts at the Cyprus Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Permanent Secretariat for Trilateral Cooperation, supporting cross-border initiatives among Cyprus, Greece, Israel, Egypt, and Jordan. In 2025, he was appointed to the 12-member advisory group established by the President of Cyprus to strengthen the negotiation framework on the Cyprus issue.
Stavros Angelidis has an educational background in Business Studies and International Policy and Diplomacy, specializing in Global Political Economy (Masters). He is certified in Lean Management, Process Improvement, and Six Sigma, and has completed training programs and courses in Organizational Design, ISO 9001 Quality Management System, Strategic Technology Management, International Business and Strategic Negotiations — disciplines that together inform his integrated approach to organizational and international projects.
