Stavros Angelidis is a Strategic Advisor with three decades of experience in business leadership and organizational transformation. His expertise spans strategic planning, operational excellence, and digital transformation, complemented by extensive experience in internal organization and management systems development.

Throughout his career, Stavros has guided organizations through complex transformational challenges, helping them align technological capabilities with business objectives while optimizing internal processes and operations. As a Certified Expert in Lean Management, Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Improvement, he brings a systematic approach to organizational enhancement, ensuring that strategic initiatives are built on solid operational foundations.

Stavros over 25 years of experience at the core of operations management, working as a Project Manager, General Manager, and COO, managing over 400 internal business projects.

He worked across a wide range of industries and firms of all sizes, both in Cyprus and internationally. His experience spans the hospitality and software industry in the 1990s, and later, after 2000, in the automotive industry, service firms (HR, Law, E-Business Consulting), an award-winning FinTech company, and as a Consultant (Fractional COO) to an innovative mechanical engineering company involved in the world’s largest construction project.

Governmental Advisory Experience

He currently serves on the political advisory group to the President of Cyprus on the Cyprus problem. From 2021 to 2023 he worked as Professional Expert at the Trilateral Cooperation Mechanisms project established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus to further enhance the coordination between Cyprus, Greece and the countries of Egypt, Jordan and Israel.  Stavros has also worked in the past as a Parliamentary Associate at the House of the Representative of Cyprus (Cyprus Parliament).
