Stavros Angelidis

At the core of operations & projects since 1995

Stavros Angelidis is based in Limassol, Cyprus. He is a certified expert in Process Improvement and Lean Management with over 20 years of hands-on operational and project management experience. Throughout his career, he helped businesses enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and scale operations during critical growth phases. His expertise spans diverse markets, including significant involvement in international projects.
With extensive experience in the private sector, he held key leadership positions, including Senior Project Manager, General Manager, and Chief Operating Officer (COO)/Partner at an award-winning (in AI) Swiss FinTech company.
Since 2022, Stavros has been providing independent consulting services to clients of a Dubai-based consulting firm, focusing on operational management consulting. This work has involved advising on international expansion and optimizing processes for clients operating in global markets. As of August 2023, he serves as a Process Improvement Consultant for an Italian innovative company involved in the NEOM project in Saudi Arabia—one of the world’s largest and most ambitious construction projects.
